FOUNDER

Vijay Ramanujam is an experienced banker and international trade finance specialist with 25+ years experience in foreign banks and global commodity corporates with stints in India, Singapore and the UK. Vijay was formerly the Regional Head of Trade Finance for Asia at the French multinational Louis Dreyfus Company (LDC), based out of its Singapore regional HQ. Previously, he was also the Head of Trade Finance Operations for American Express Bank Singapore.

Vijay founded a boutique international trade finance consultancy in 2020 providing specialist advice to clients around the world in matters pertaining to structuring, financing and risk mitigation of their international trades. Vijay now runs this consultancy out of India servicing clients in India and around the world.

As an experienced correspondent banker and international trade finance specialist, Vijay has originated, structured and distributed billions of dollars of cross-border trade deals.Vijay's expertise is in Transactional Trade Finance( TTF) . In particular, export and import LC confirmations and discounting & avalized draft discounting solutions are Vijay's forte.
